Terms and conditions for bidding online through Silver Eagle Auctions Mobile App.

By Engaging in the bidding process, bidders implicitly agree to comply with and adhere to all stipulations outlined in the Terms & Conditions. We enforce this agreement to maintain transparency, integrity, and fairness throughout our auction proceedings."

To ensure the smooth running of the process of submitting bids through the application, each bidder must settle a security deposit before participating in the online bidding.

According to the following limits:

• Upon paying a deposit of AED 3,000 the participant is allowed to bid on vehicles up to a maximum value of AED 100,000.
• Upon paying a deposit of AED 5,000, the participant can bid on vehicles up to a maximum value of AED 250,000.
• Upon paying a deposit of AED 7,000, the participant can bid on all vehicles without a maximum limit.

The deposit amount will be refunded within 7 working days from the date of the bidder's request."

When an online bidder wins a car through our app, Completion of the car payment is mandatory to be settled within 2 working days. In the event that payment is not fulfilled within the specified timeframe, the bidder risks forfeiting their security deposit. In cases where no security deposit was required, the winning bidder must complete payment within 3 days. Failure to comply will result in penalties amounting to 10000 AED. We enforce these measures to ensure accountability and fairness in our auction process.

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation as a buyer in the car auction conducted by Silver Eagle Auction (“SEA”). By participating in the auction, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Inspection of Vehicles:
1.1. Prior to submitting any bid or purchasing a car, it is the responsibility of the buyer to thoroughly inspect the vehicle.
1.2. Buyers are encouraged to physically examine the car, check its condition, and verify its specifications, including but not limited to the chassis number.
2. Information Provided by SEA:
2.1. SEA will make available all relevant information about the car, including the chassis number, make, model, year, and any other details deemed significant.
2.2. SEA will disclose any known defects or issues with the vehicle to the best of its knowledge.
3. Guarantees:
3.1. SEA may provide guarantees for certain cars, as specified in the auction listing.
3.2. Any guarantees provided are subject to the terms outlined in the specific listing and are applicable only to the extent mentioned therein.
4. Bidding Process:
4.1. Bidders must register before participating in the auction.
4.2. Bidders are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration.
4.3. Bids are binding commitments, and once placed, they cannot be retracted.
5. Winning Bid and Purchase:
5.1. The highest bid acknowledged by SEA at the conclusion of the auction constitutes the winning bid.
5.2. The winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase, including payment in accordance with the auction terms.
6. Payment:
6.1. Payment must be made in full within the specified timeframe and in the manner outlined in the auction terms.
6.2. Failure to make timely payment may result in penalties, suspension, or legal action.
7. Withdrawal of Vehicles:
7.1. Silver Eagle Auction reserves the right to withdraw any vehicle from the auction at any time, for any reason.
7.2. In the event of a withdrawal, Silver Eagle Auction shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by bidders.
8. Dispute Resolution:
8.1. Any disputes or discrepancies must be reported to SEA within a reasonable timeframe.
8.2. Silver Eagle Auction will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes, but its decisions are final.
9. Some of cars are under Warranty:
9.1. All vehicles which sold “as-is” and “where-is,” without any warranty, expressed or implied unless explicitly stated otherwise.
By participating in the auction, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms. SEA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with any changes effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly for updates.
